Sunny has worked with and mentored people as well as start-ups at all levels and in a number of industries across India.
For many years he committed his energies and innovations to help in the transformation of the Indian crafts sector focusing
on turning sustainable development into viable enterprises. Subsequently he guided a number of cutting-edge start-ups, design
enterprises, sports businesses and retail ventures. In his earlier role as Chairman of the Anglian Omega Group (India) he was
instrumental in expanding the bright bar business to Pune and Chennai while simultaneously upgrading technology and quality to
match the expectations of global auto-component and auto companies setting up bases across India.Sunny was the main driving force
behind Anglian Omega Group's India operations from 2010-2017 . Sunny outlined the strategy behind the Anglian foray into Industrial
Hubs , Warehousing and the Infrastructure sector . Sunny’s experience in and deep understanding of sustainable development combined with
the latest technologies and best practices has helped define key strategic initiatives for the Anglian Omega group of companies.He now
actively mentors his own personal portfolio of start-ups and manages his investments via Rasa Investments Group .
Peter Vaz
Peter is a successful entrepreneur heading diversified businesses under the Models Group Of Companies,
with construction and hospitality being the main sectors. Models Construction Pvt. Ltd. is the top real
estate and construction company in Goa and his hospitality business includes the Sonesta Inns, a 50 –
room Resort on Candolim Beach and the recently opened 40- room four star Hotel named Lazy Lagoon Sarovar
Portico Suites in Baga. However Peter prides himself more on being a sports lover and his passion is his
football club, Sporting Clube de Goa which he has painstakingly nurtured for the last decade since founding
it in 1999.Today, the Club is amongst the topmost in the country. Sporting Clube de Goa is Peter’s way of
repaying his debt to Goa and its people.
Sharat Prakash
Sharat is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant and Information Systems Auditor and is currently a
partner in Raghu Nath Rai & Co., a reputed New Delhi based firm with over 40 years of experience.
He has been working on audits of large banks and companies and accounting assignments in India and
abroad. In RNR, he spearheads assignments for information audits, accounting and payroll, and
incorporation of foreign companies in India. Sharat has extensive knowledge on and is responsible for
regulatory audits of print media. Sharat is a member of the ‘Finance, Banking and Insurance Committee’
and the ‘Environmental Committee’ of the PHD Chambers of Commerce. He also represents RNR as a member of
the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce and Alliance Francaise de Delhi.
Seema Gupta
Seema is currently the Regional Director at Voluntary Health Association of India. She has more than 15
years of experience in health and development sector covering all aspects of project planning, management,
resource mobilization, partnership building, coordination and advocacy. Seema has been part of formulation
and implementation of policies under National Rural Health Mission (NRHM ) as part of the technical advisory
group, advocacy at national and state and district levels has resulted in strong pack warnings on tobacco
products, increased budget allocations for the NTCP, tax increase, across 6 states, and issuance and
implementation of key notifications. She has experience in partnership management and coordination with
donors, ministries of India, civil society networks at international, national and state level and Community
Based Organizations (CBOs) at the field level.
Maneesh Bahuguna
Maneesh is the CEO of AMHC and is an ex civil servant. He has over two decades of experience in the
field of tax administration and infrastructure and he worked as the Managing Director for Goa State’s
infrastructure Co. An out and out sports enthusiast he promotes Olympic sports through his Facebook
pages dedicated to Indian athletes participating at the Olympic Games.
